THE DINING AT ARMANI/ DELI | We started our special Friday brunch in Armani/Deli, which serves up authentic Italian dishes in a chic setting where Italian culinary flair and the very best international ingredients come together to create classic and contemporary flavours with an all-inclusive experience in a setting reminiscent of a bustling artisan marketplace, or al-fresco on the balcony.
The Italians definitely do it better, at IL Brunch Italiano at Armani/Deli, relish a feast for all the senses with delectable displays of antipasti including eight different types of olive, will make you feel like you’re in Rome.
They have European cheese & wine tasting room with over 50 different kinds of cheese to indulge in. The blissful moment for Zeeshan was this Cheese tasting room. He ain’t a seafood fan but for him the brunches are always about exceptional quality of cheese & bread stations and to top it off a great selection of desserts. This Italian Brunch was truly a cheese paradise for him. It was literally beyond words!!
They also had a delicatessen counter, fresh seafood; talented Sardinian chefs cook up your favorite risotto and pasta combinations, or carving a prime cut of beef; a huge selection of authentic cold meats, and tempting dessert station, filled with some of the prettiest sweets you’re likely to find in Dubai, expect nothing but authentic Italian eats at Armani/Deli’s new brunch.
The combination of buffet and the exceptional table service works well – but being Armani there will be a server helping you with the portions just let them know your choices.
Zeeshan’s Pre- birthday surprise at Armani/Deli – I simply adore getting dressed up for a special occasion. That’s how I feel about special-occasion dining experiences. Because these aren’t everyday spaces, they contain all sorts of drama for that once-in-a-while ‘wow’ factor. We have had plenty of celebrations in Burj Khalifa before. From our 1st Anniversary to Birthday celebrations. Its become much of a tradition so we now tend to celebrate all our occasions into good fine- dining experiences.
This fancy Italian affair was special for us. We always get excited for good fancy dates and much thanks to Armani/Deli for being super amazing hosts, and making our weekend special and leaving us in Awe.
Food is one part of the experience. And it has to be somewhere between 50 to 60 percent of the dining experience. But the rest counts as well: The mood, the atmosphere, the music, the feeling, the design, the harmony between what you have on the plate and what surrounds the plate.
AMBIANCE | The decor at Deli Armani interior is exclusively in scheme of classic black and white, with chrome finishing and impeccably dressed waiters to match. The interior is very ‘Armani’ with its monochromatic palette with minimalist design and unambiguous contrasts with some warm lighting, paired with some good live music.
Entertainment | With the Armani Deli brunch, you don’t only get great food but also superb views overlooking Dubai fountain, but the nice touch here is that it goes on until 9pm so you can take it nice and slow – how very Italian.
